Here you will find the most frequently asked questions. We at Auric Jewelers strive to provide the best customer experience possible, so we want to make everything as simple and clear as we can!
1. Q: How long will my otrder take to arrive?
A: Shipping times vary with each individual item, some items may ship to the United States within 5-10 Business Days but most will usually take anywhere from 10-25 Days. This is because items ship from different warehouses at different locations and some items might not be in stock at a certain warehouse.
Shipping to other countries will take 10-25 Days but due to customs and other variables out of our control shipping sometimes may vary (depending on your country's shipping customs and laws)
Make sure to check the estimate delivery time on the item's product page or at Checkout! If you cannoy find the delivery time please feel free to contact us via our contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

*Note: Our store's default currency is USD, if you choose to pay with your currency of preference other than USD a 2% currency conversion fee might be applied to your overall order.
2. Q: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A: Shipping is 100% FREE!
3. Q: How do I place an order in your site?
A: All you have to do is go to the product page of the item you wish to purchase, click "Add to Cart" or the "Buy Now" Button, this will take you to the Checkout section, from here you will proceed to enter your shipping Information, then you will be redirected to the "Payment Info" section where you will choose your payment option.
4. Q: Is my credit card information safe while purchasing from this store?
A: Absolutely Yes! Our Checkout process is completely encrypted and is SSL Secured! Not even we can see your payment information. We make sure our checkout is 100% safe because we know how important your personal information is so we do our best to ensure a smooth, safe and fast checkout experience.
5. Q: Do you offer refunds and returns? If so, how does one go about requesting this?
A: Yes we offer refunds! *We only give refunds if the item is damaged or broken upon arrival, if you did not receive your item or if it arrived later than it says in our site (confirmation with your local post office will be made) or if the item shows to be defective in any way for up to 30 Days after delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item we won't be able to offer you a refund. You can only ask for a refund or return 24 hours AFTER you have received your items. You must send your item back to our business address in it's original packaging and have proof of purchase like email order confirmation. Return shipping costs will be covered by you unless the item arrived damaged or broken, in that case we will cover all fees.
6. Q: Can I TRACK my order to see if it has shipped or arrived?
A: YES! We will send you an email with your Tracking Code after you purchase. You can enter this code in Track Order tab on our site and check where your shipment is!
